Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Customized, made-to-order, or discounted items are not eligible for refunds unless received damaged or defective.
